ABOUT US
	R. H. Davenport Photography is a successful studio providing a service of wedding photography, high quality portraiture and commercial and industrial work. R. H. Davenport School of Photography has been running professional courses since 1984 for groups of six and under and in one-to-one situations.
Course Director The tutor, Ray Davenport, has been a practising successful photographer following a period as a marine engineer serving in Submarine Service. On leaving the services Ray Davenport undertook professional photographic training with Ken Brooks, a leading studio in the north of England. Subsequently he built up his own business into a very successful studio with an excellent reputation for quality.

The courses take place in our studios so you can see for yourselves our studio set-ups, the quality of our work and what we have achieved, and partly in the superb locations of a 13th Century medieval church and Netley Abbey situated on the edge of Southampton Water. The studios are situated five minutes away from Junction 8 of the M27 and about fifteen minutes from Southampton International Airport. Good rail links connect us with all parts of the country. Therefore we are able to welcome course participants from all areas of the world.
